She remained close to home to attend and graduate from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising. In 1995, she started Visionworks Marketing Group, a full-service marketing and advertising firm. The agency continues to serve clients with local, regional and national interests and has won numerous awards.

This business and social organization strives to maintain a positive environment, while focusing on building quality relationships, providing personal and professional development opportunities, and offering members avenues to market themselves and their businesses or non-profits.
Vianello has been a columnist for area publications over the years and, since 2016, co-hosts The Fix It Show with her husband on KFRU and KLIK radio stations. She is also very involved in the local community and just finished a term as a commissioner on the City of Columbia’s Office of Cultural Affairs Commission for the Arts. She is an avid art collector and loves music of all sorts, especially when she can sing and dance along.
