DanceReach Description

Each week during the school year, vulnerable youth are given the opportunity to study dance—completely free of charge—through DanceReach, a collaborative program between Mareck Center for Dance and the Boys and Girls Club of Columbia. Under the guidance of professional instructors, students explore a variety of dance styles, build technical skills, improve their physical fitness, and gain confidence. Their hard work and growth culminate in the inspiring opportunity to perform live on stage at Mareck Center for Dance events, where they share their talents with the community.
